Shared Inboxes
Our Shared Inbox is a simple way to share access and receive emails on unlimited addresses with your whole QA, development, or product team.
Our web-based inboxes are designed to be shared with teams of all sizes. Inboxes are able to receive emails on any valid email address on the fly and you do not need to set up addresses ahead of time.
Use a shared inbox when doing quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing, or general development of mobile and web applications.
Team Management
You can invite your teammates from the Team Members page.
To get started, click on the "Team" link in the top navigation. This will take you to the Team management page, as shown below:
To invite a teammate, click on the "Invite a Teammate" button and enter one or more email addresses of the people you want to invite.
New members will receive an initial invite email containing a link to access your team's inboxes. You can check if they have logged in or not from the Team Members page. You can delete a member from this page at any time, regardless of whether they have logged in or not.
Inbox Management
To manage and view all of your shared inboxes, click the "Inboxes" link in the top navigation. Free plans are limited to two inboxes, but all paid plans allow for unlimited inboxes.
Inboxes on paid plans can either use a custom subdomain under asharedinbox.com or use their domain name. Using your domain name will require some DNS setup, but we will provide simple instructions that you or someone technical on your team can follow for setup.
